EQU-19309 - USA (New York) - Installation and Commissioning of Audiovisual Systems - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide installation and commissioning of audiovisual systems to the government authority located in New York.– Install and integrate all required audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to:– Interactive flat panel displays– Wall mounting systems– Cameras– Microphones– Speakers and audio components– HDMI, USB, USB–C, network, and power connectivity– Cable management systems– Mounting hardware– Wall plates, adapters, connectors, and miscellaneous installation materials– All equipment shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable building codes.– Configure all interactive displays.– Configure touch functionality.– Install current manufacturer–supported firmware.– Configure wireless presentation capabilities.– Configure Teams and Zoom functionality for HyFlex classrooms and conference rooms.
