Vendor needs to provide website support and maintenance service. – Agency seeks to engage a qualified service provider to provide website management,maintenance, and digital communications support services.– Maintain and update the website (content, layouts, graphics, resources, forms, links, integrations and mobile responsiveness) and fix technical issues within the agreed response times.– Manage the annual Wix subscription and domain renewal so the site never lapses.– Keep the site secure through regular backups, SSL, user access control (including removing access for people who leave) and confidential handling of data collected through forms.– Submit quarterly reports on traffic, engagement, SEO and technical performance, with practical recommendations for improvement.– Provide one comprehensive website refresh during the term of the contract, including minor design improvements, updates to visual content, and other reasonable enhancements to maintain the website’s functionality, relevance and visual appeal.– Maintained and updated website– Wix subscription and domain renewed annually– Website security maintained– One comprehensive website refresh during the contract term.
