The City of Stuart (hereinafter "City") is soliciting proposals from a qualified Construction Manager at Risk for the City's Undergrounding, Street Scape Project. Kimley-Horn and Assocaites, Inc. and their project team have been retained by the City of Stuart to provide design and construction phase services and documents for the City's Undergrounding and Streetscape Improvements Project. The selected Construction Manager at Risk will furnish all work, necessary permits, and construction supervision to fully complete the construction of undergrounding, streetscape, and park improvements as described in the scope of work.
