CSE-24529 - USA (Ontario, New York) - Building Security Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building security services to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property through professional and effective security measures to the government authority located in Ontario, NY.• Security Personnelo Provide unarmed, uniformed, licensed and trained security officers to monitor and patrol County facilities.o Security officers must be trained in first aid, and emergency response procedures.o Officers should be equipped with communication devices, such as radios or mobile phones, to maintain constant contact with the security command center• Access Control / Video Surveillanceo Issue and manage access cards or badges for employees and authorized personnel.o Monitor and log access activities, ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry to restricted areas.o Aid in building visitor/vendor management procedures.o Monitor building cameras and respond to or report any suspicious activity• Incident Responseo Ensure security personnel are trained to handle and report incidents promptly and effectively.o Security officers must be prepared to respond appropriately to a range of incidents, including but not limited to; medical situations, disturbances, and interactions with aggressive individuals with a trauma–informed/de–escalation approach• Reporting and Documentationo The contractor must utilize a reliable reporting system capable of providing daily activity reports, incident reports, and monthly and quarterly summary reports to the County.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
