TRAVEL-1785 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - International Program Development and Travel Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide international program development and travel services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Provide comprehensive international program itinerary development, travel coordination, and logistical support services for university’s graduate–level and sports product management programs.– Have knowledge and experience working with graduate professional programs.– Pre–trip support and guidance including meetings and trainings with faculty and staff and handbook covering planning and logistical issues including pre–trip forms, each country’s entry– Requirements, and any advisory information related to local law and culture.– Visa processing support for international and domestic students as needed.– Arrange for meals to be provided during all programs including include breakfast at the hotel every morning and, upon university’s request, one welcome dinner, one farewell dinner, and lunches.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
