(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s representative and project management services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.• Provides project management, cost control, timely delivery of projects, and quality assurance in design and construction.• Responsible for quality control, conformity of construction with specifications and drawings, coordination of third party inspection and testing.• Works solely in the owner's best interest, offering unbiased technical and financial advice.• Manages budgets: Tracks project costs, reviews pay applications, and negotiates change orders to prevent cost overruns.• Oversees schedules: Monitors the contractor’s timeline to ensure critical milestones are met and delays are minimized.– Firm responsibilities may include the following:• Delivery strategy evaluation• Design oversight and coordination• Budget and Schedule management• Construction oversight• Support multiple delivery methods• Risk management and mitigation(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
