Internet Access Services

The intent and purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified sources through competitive negotiations to provide Division Wide Internet Access for Richmond City Public Schools (RPS) for a fixed price throughout the desired contract term. RPS is seeking two (2) Internet access circuits with one circuit being delivered to each of the Division’s two (2) data centers. The service locations/addresses are Technical Center North - 2015 Seddon Way Richmond, VA 23230 (Data Center One), and Henderson Middle School – 4319 Old Brook Road, Richmond, VA 23227 (Data Center Two). The services will be provided Division wide for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
