(1) Vendor needs to provide financial examination assistance services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Provide staffing assistance for financial examinations.– 1. Functional Area: Senior Manager Assistance–  Provide qualified Senior Management level examination consultant on an as–needed basis. – Usage of Senior Management Assistance is anticipated only on special, unusual issues and is expected to be minimal during the contract period. – Specific needs of Senior Management Assistance will vary throughout the contract period, dependent upon the activities of the examination teams and the entities subject to examination.– Duties: Function in a senior management consultant capacity on a project in accordance with the agency Financial Condition Examiners Handbook in effect at the time of the examination.– Potential Tasks may include, but are not limited to:A. assist the MIA and the examination team in reviewing complex insurer agreements and transactions; andB. prepare reports on examination issues for the Assistant Chief Examiner or Chief Examiner.– Functional Area: Examiner–In–Charge Services– Provide qualified Examiner–In–Charge (EIC) to conduct financial examinations of companies under the direction of an MIA assigned Assistance Chief Examiner (ACE), and/or Contractor Senior Manager Assistance.– Develop a plan for each examination, which includes:(a) reviewing relevant procedures and internal controls of the Companies being examined;(b) documenting the exam through the preparation of work papers– Oversee the day–to–day progress of the examination, including supervising all staff examiners and specialists assigned to the examination– Hold bi–weekly or monthly status meetings with the entity under examination to discuss the status of the examination(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026  (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 06,2026
