HR-9081 - USA (Mesa, Colorado) - Compensation and Pay Structure Analysis Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and pay structure analysis services to the government authority located in Mesa, CO.• Make recommendations for job creations, consolidations, and deletions as appropriate to ensure positions are not too individualized to support proper market comparison.• Establish Salary Structures: Recommend updates to job grades and salary ranges (and steps) (min mid–max) that balance market data, internal equity and company philosophy on impacted positions.• Develop implementation plan: Work with county to develop an implementation plan to align with market data, including a timeline and a fiscally sustainable approach while considering available resources.• Review current compensation philosophy, policies, pay ranges, and job descriptions.• Gather internal data: job title, department, current salary, and tenure.• Reviewing approximately 500 job descriptions, benchmarking, and identifying internal job hierarchies.• Source relevant, up–to–date compensation surveys (industry–specific and regional). • Conduct compa–ratio analysis (ratio of employee salary to market midpoint) to identify underpaid/overpaid employees.• Develop recommendations for salary structure adjustments and cost impact analysis.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
