(1) Vendor needs to provide desktop computing replacement and lifecycle alternatives service to the government authority located in Mesa, CO.– Historically leased business–class desktop computers on approximately four–year replacement cycles, deploying a largely standardized configuration.– A traditional like–for–like replacement strategy, the district wishes to evaluate whether alternative approaches, device tiering, or different financial models could provide better long–term value.
