EXTRA-79407 - USA (Oregon) - Supportive Housing Services - Deadline December 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supportive housing services to the government authority located in Oregon.– Outreach to people experiencing homelessness in locations where structured connections to services do not currently exist.– Services include: completing coordinated entry assessments, linking people with services to promote connections to stable housing, and connecting people with wrap–around supports.– Street outreach services.– Emergency on–call services in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, public health, or other emergencies. – This may include but is not limited to outreach, information sharing, distribution of basic needs supplies, transportation, and service connections.– To help households at risk of homelessness to stay in their current housing or move to other stable housing.- Education on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities. - Regular communication with the tenant and property management.- Early intervention.- Ongoing relational support.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.
