ESTATE-12068 - USA (Simsbury, Connecticut) - Commercial, Industrial, and Exempt Real Property Reappraisal and Revaluation Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial, industrial, and exempt real property reappraisal and revaluation services to the government authority located in Simsbury, CT.– The complete reappraisal and revaluation of all commercial, taxable and exempt real property.– Project shall include one new digitized photograph of each structure in addition to retainingthe prior photographs and input of these new photographs.– The revaluation company is expected to physically inspect the exterior and interior of each suchbuilding or structure.– For each property where the initial attempt to inspect the interior of the building or structure has failed, a letter is to be sent at the contractor’s expense in order to set up another attempt to inspect the interior.– For any property where the Contractor chose not to attempt to inspect because of a sign posted by the property owner, the Contractor shall send a written letter via requesting that the property owner call the Contractor to set up a date for the inspection.– Contractor must document each visit history on the property card indicating the outcome of each visit and provide the Assessor with a written list on a weekly basis of all refused inspections, and those where the Contractor chose not to inspect and reason why.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
