(1) Vendor needs to provide research, networking, and capacity building service to the government authority located in New Jersey. • Research that examines the historical and systemic factors that cause health inequities. • Study participatory grantmaking processes and procedures; peer learning and strategic convening engagements; emerging lessons learned from funded centers, the to–be–named technical assistance provider and facilitator, and foundation program staff; and the indirect cost structure.• Participation includes assisting with necessary data collection to accomplish the evaluation objectives.• These data collection efforts may include secondary data collection via publicly available information and requested administrative documents about institutions and research centers.• Primary data collection via surveys, interviews, and other participatory and ethnographic methods.
