(1) Vendor needs to provide placement of advertisements service for revenue generation on city streetcar (the hop) and its assets.– Provide design plans, specifications, and revenue estimates for the placement of advertisements for revenue generation on city streetcar (the hop) and its assets.– Establish and execute a holistic strategy to maximize advertising revenues associated with the City streetcar system– Such a strategy could include, billboards, wrapping of the streetcar, kiosks, ads within the streetcar, on the streetcar’s substation buildings, and on the operations and maintenance facilities– Strategy should also include corporate or other sponsorships of the streetcar(2) A virtual mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
