(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental cleanup services to the government authority located in California.• Mobilize, survey/stake work areas, locate utilities, secure the site, and obtain contractor–assigned permits.• Remove the approximately 3,000–cubic–yard existing stockpile. • Excavate approximately 5,320 cubic yards in the western area to two feet below grade and 12,236 cubic yards in the central area to five feet grade.– Provide safe excavation slopes/benching.• Coordinate waste characterization and facility acceptance; segregate and secure soil; load and haul using authorized transporters to permitted facilities.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
