(1) Vendor needs to provide city–wide resident survey service to the government authority located in Fruit Heights, UT. • Design, administer, analyze, and present the results of a comprehensive citywide resident survey to provide the mayor and city council with reliable, statistically valid information regarding resident opinions, priorities, and community values. • The survey results will assist the city in strategic planning, policy decisions, budgeting, and future community planning.• Accurately represents the opinion of residents and property owners;• Uses acceptable statistical methods to ensure confidence in results;• Collects unbiased and actionable information;• Provides meaningful analysis of survey responses;• Identifies trends, priorities, and areas of community consensus or concern; and• Provides recommendations for interpreting results.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
