(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets for all comprehensive safety action plan, Ada transition plan, and safe routes to school services to the government authority located in Cathedral, CA.• Conduct a project kickoff meeting and establish communication protocols.• Provide ongoing coordination with City staff and technical stakeholders.• Facilitate progress meetings throughout the project duration.• Maintain project schedule, milestones, and deliverable tracking.• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and progress updates.• Ensure compliance with FHWA SS4A requirements and 2 CFR Part 200 uniform guidance.• Establish a committee to perform community outreach to discover citizen’s concerns and help identify evidence–based low–cost, high–impact strategies to reduce risk for all road users, with special consideration for disadvantaged communities.• Review existing plans, policies, studies, and transportation safety initiatives.• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including city departments, public safety agencies, transit providers, schools, advocacy groups, community organizations, elected officials, and residents.• Develop goals and objectives that support the city's long–term vision of eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries.• Apply a safe system approach to identify systemic safety risks and citywide safety priorities for all roadway users.• Refine and prioritize a high–injury network incorporating equity, exposure, and vulnerable user considerations.• Develop a coordinated implementation framework including policies, programs, and infrastructure strategies.• Identify and prioritize evidence–based safety countermeasures and innovative safety technologies.
