(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machine services to the government authority located in Globe, AZ.         – A comprehensive vending program that offers convenient access to quality food and beverage options for employees and members of the public while ensuring reliable service, modern payment technology, and responsive maintenance support.– Machines shall accept: cash, credit cards, debit cards, contactless payment (tap–to–pay) mobile wallet payments where available.– Develop an implementation schedule for installation of equipment.– Provide a turnkey vending machine program.– Equipment shall comply with applicable ADA accessibility requirements.– Product Requirements:– Bottled beverages.– Soft drinks.– Water.– Sports drinks.– Energy drinks.– Coffee beverages.– Snack foods.– Candy.– Healthier snack alternatives.– Frozen foods.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
