(1) Vendor needs to provide median and right–of–way landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA. – Provide professional landscape maintenance services for the agency’s medians and rights–of–way. – Work areas include, roadway medians, developed parkway landscaping, developed and undeveloped open spaces, and sidewalks.• Landscape maintenance shall consist:– Turf mowing– Weeding– Shrub pruning– Groundcover trimming– Litter pickup– Trash removal– Hardscape and sidewalk– Sweeping and cleaning– Irrigation maintenance/repair– Fertilization– Chemical application– Pest control– Legal disposal of all materials– Shrub planting– Plant removal– Mulching– Synthetic turf maintenance– Cleaning of appurtenances(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
