KSU27107 - Hale Next-Gen Classroom

* * * * * The University is soliciting quotations for the addition of a Next-Gen classroom to an existing library space. The project will enclose an area on the east side of Hale Library's 3rd floor to create a classroom with new technology, environmental controls, and adaptable furnishings and equipment. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items, by November 7, 2026. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole” Performance and public works bonds required. This opportunity is open to contractors currently holding a Kansas State University “On-Call General Construction" contract. * * * * *
