Description
The purpose of this grant program is to assist municipalities to perform activities identified in this Request for Responses (RFR) which facilitate the completion of a Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for the purpose of completing: (1) a Watershed Permit application, or (2) De Minimis Load application. Each type of application must address solutions to cultural eutrophication caused by nitrogen pollution from wastewater and other sources.
