The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) invites Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified and experienced firms to support an Ohio Workforce Mobility Program Feasibility Study. This study will focus on a minimum of a 5-year span of workforce mobility needs and potentially a 10-year timeframe related to transit planning, pilot studies and implementation in Wood County, Ohio, and will include tasks such as workforce and municipality stakeholder engagement, comprehensive transit service analysis and service recommendations, financial planning, and connection point site(s) selection
