(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concession operation services to the government authority located in Hanover, NY.– Operate a seasonal high–quality food and beverage concession at the premises, commencing for the 2027 operating season.– All menus must include a variety of healthy food options that are fresh, low in sugars and fat, and contain no artificial preservatives or artificial additives.– Limited retail and bait and tackle shop: Merchandise and bait and tackle items may be sold or rented with prior review and approval by State Parks.– Non–motorized boat and equipment rentals and lessons (kayak, canoe, paddle board, sailboat etc.).– Point of sale, reporting and data access.– Concessions service, offerings, menus, and pricing.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
