(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health records (EHR) solution. – EHR solution to maintain thorough digital patient and clinic records to include patient demographics, physician treatment records, dental records, patient directives, medications, history, and methods of treatment. – Solution must provide a bi–directional interface to import data elements such as new bookings, housing locations, and releases along with other demographic information including pictures.– Support medical device integration such that data are incorporated seamlessly from medical devices into the HER.– The solution must include clinical decision support functionality that would aid in diagnosis and appropriate treatment templates.– The solution must include technology used or supported to ensure security of the medication ordering process via dual factor authentication.– The solution must provide e–prescribing function for controlled and noncontrolled substances sent via electronic data interchange (EDI).– Software process must be compliant with federal and state laws, and associated updates must be provided in a timely manner.– Solution must maintain complete records of prescribed medications and automatically transmitted and updated into pharmacy management software.– Solution must include a fully integrated, non–third–party dental module that has capabilities for documentation and oral examinations, and the ability to interface with dental radiology technology.– Solution should include any optional detailed description of current Artificial Intelligence (AI) components and functionalities, including management and recommended auditing protocols.– The solution must have the ability to create, view, and respond to care alerts and flags and receive alerts and flags for encounters, test results, orders, special care alerts, etc.– The solution must include the ability to create and generate reports.– Document management, terminology, and alerts and notifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for seven years.
