TRANSPORT-11959 - USA (Fountain Valley, California) - Surge Basic Life Support Ambulance Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide surge basic life support ambulance service to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA.– Provide transportation for the paramedic(s) from the receiving hospital to their assigned fire station if necessary. – All services provided under this contract are–level only.– Fire department paramedics may accompany and retain patient care, in which case the transport is attended by fire department personnel, not by the Contractor.– Ambulance Transport: ambulance transport of patients from emergency scenes within the city to appropriate receiving hospitals.– Disaster Surge: Surge ambulance capacity during Mass–Casualty–Incidents and declared emergency or disaster activations.– Coverage Services: Coverage BLS ambulance services during mutual–aid deployments, planned or unplanned apparatus out–of–service periods, or other circumstances reducing available resources.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
