DRA-10987 - USA (Los Gatos, California) - Cost Allocation Study, Internal Fund Study and Comprehensive Fee and Rate Study Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost allocation study, internal fund study and comprehensive fee and rate study services to the government authority located in Los Gatos, CA.– Work with selected staff to define the purpose, uses, and goals for an overhead cost allocation plan, ensuring that the development of the plan will be both accurate and appropriate for the Town’s current needs. – Report on matters that in the course of the evaluation process that the Town should consider. – Present the plan to the Town Management group and make necessary adjustments as requested. – Evaluate operations and expenditures for (e.g., Risk Management, Information Systems, Vehicle & Equipment Services). – Develop an equitable cost allocation methodology that supports full–cost recovery. – Establish service rates and an annual reconciliation process between projected and actual expenditures. – Report on matters that in the course of the evaluation process that the Town should consider. – Conduct a comprehensive review of the Town’s existing fees, rates, and charges. Including but not limited to the following: permits, licenses, planning fees, building fees, engineering fees, police fees, and administrative fees.– Prepare a report that identifies each service, its full cost, recommended and current cost recovery levels.
