Vendor needs to provide youth sports complex service to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. – For professional services associated with the planning, programming, master planning, architectural and engineering design of a World Class recreation and youth sports complex. – The Consultant shall provide professional services through project planning, programming, conceptual development, master planning, design development, construction documentation support, stakeholder engagement, and related services as authorized by the City.– To develop a transformative sports destination that:• Serves local, regional, national, and international sporting events • Enhances community health and wellness • Drives tourism and economic development • Supports youth, amateur, collegiate, adaptive, and professional sports • Incorporates innovative technology and smart–building infrastructure • Demonstrates excellence in sustainability and accessibility • Creates a vibrant year–round destination beyond sports – The facility should be recognized as a best–in–class sports venue capable of hosting elite competitions, large–scale tournaments, training camps, community recreation programs, and special events. – Design team will assist with the planning and design of a sports complex that may include (but is not limited to):• Indoor Facilities• Outdoor Facilities• Support Amenities
