CLEANING-13366 - USA (North Charleston, South Carolina) - Custodial and Floor Care Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and floor care services to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.– The County seeks a professional, experienced custodial and floor care provider to perform routine custodial and floor care services for various Regional and Small Branch Libraries during daytime, nighttime, weekends, holidays, and County emergency response activations.– The Contractor will be expected to perform both daytime and nighttime cleaning, provide Dayporter services where applicable, and perform full–service floor care for the various floor surfaces included in the buildings under this solicitation.– Entrances: Mats and Carpet – Shall be free of spots, stains, gum, dirt and debris without causing damage. They shall appear visibly and uniformly clean.– Glass and Metal Surfaces – Shall appear streak free, film free, and uniformly clean. This shall include the elimination of dust and soil from the sills and ledges, and heat registers.– Floors and Cove Bases– shall be free of dust, cobwebs, dried soil, gum, spots, stains and debris.– Walls and Fixtures – Shall be free of dust, cobwebs, dried soil, and soil without causing damage.– Elevators: Tracks – Shall be free of dirt and debris.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
