STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of South San Francisco is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to procure and install a LenelS2 Access Control System at the seven (7) South San Francisco Fire Facilities: Administration Office, Emergency Operations Center, Station 61, Station 62, Station 63, Station 64, and Station 65. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor." SYNONYMOUS TERMS As used throughout this bid and its attachments, the following terms are synonymous: Proposer, Firm, Consultant, Supplier, Vendor, Contractor, Successful Bidder, Offeror Purchase Order, Contract, Agreement Services, Work, Scope, and Project Pricing proposal/table/sheet, Cost proposal/table/sheet, Rate table/sheet
