(1) Vendor needs to provide dependent eligibility audit services to the government authority located in Watertown, NY.          – To conduct a dependent eligibility audit for dependents covered on the county’s self–funded health insurance plan.– The audit is being conducted to ensure that only eligible dependents are enrolled in the County’s health insurance plan.– Utilize a secure website to gather, analyze and report data regarding employee’s dependent coverage. – Retain documentation in digital form throughout the audit process. – Provide secure data storage and disposal. – Resolve employee and dependent questions throughout the audit process by having a dedicated phone line. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
