Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to mill down and resurface the Office of Resource Stewardship (ORS)/Facilities Management parking lot. Project includes removal and replacement of parking stops and restriping. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 11:00am at ORS/Facilities Management parking lot located at 1907 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory to be eligible for bid award.
