EXTRA-72327 - USA (Washington, DC) - RFI for Residential Reentry Services and Home Confinement Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential reentry services and home confinement services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– The contractor will protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the United States Government and the BOP and its employees or agents from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, causes of action, judgments and liability arising out of, or in connection with any negligent acts or omissions of the contractor, its agents, subcontractors, employees, assignees or anyone for whom the contractor may be responsible.– The contractor will be responsible for all litigation, including the cost of litigation, brought against it, its employees, or its agents for alleged acts or omissions(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
