(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system including financial accounting, budgeting, payroll, human resources, leave, reporting to all of the core features of the legacy system including all required state and federal reporting functions.– The ERP system must be capable of being hosted by the Offeror or alternatively being hosted by school districts on their existing systems.– Providing data migration and integrity verification for districts who are either migrating from the legacy platform, or who are moving from other commercial ERP providers to the new platform.– Hosting and Infrastructure: Offer optional services such as ACH processing and hosting solutions.– This strategy should include service level commitments, escalation procedures, staffing plans, and communication protocols to ensure continuity and reliability.
