(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative eligibility and homeowner support services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Initiate contact with homeowners to explain program requirements, obtain required authorizations, and request supporting documentation.– Review submitted documentation for completeness and identify any missing or inconsistent information.– Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding the status of their eligibility documentation– Eligibility Documentation Collection, Verification, and File Preparation: –• Collect and review all required supporting documentation.• Complete third–party income verifications.• Complete asset verifications.• Obtain zero–income certifications when applicable.• Collect and analyze Asset Divestiture Declarations, when applicable.• Verify homeowner identity.• Verify ownership.• Verify principal residence.• Verify citizenship or eligible immigration status.– Documentation and Reporting• Maintain all records in accordance with applicable federal record retention requirements and Housing policies.• Maintain complete and accurate records supporting eligibility documentation and verification activities.• Maintain detailed and accurate records of staff time on individual projects for billing to this contract for reimbursement.
