(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated library system. • Provide, implement, and support a modern, fully integrated, cloud–based integrated library system (ILS) to replace the library's current system.• Implement a secure, scalable, patron–centered platform that enhances operational efficiency, improves the user experience for patrons and staff, and supports long–term technology sustainability. • Cloud–hosted SaaS platform on current, actively supported technology• Browser–based staff interface requiring no locally installed client software• Remote administrative access for the Library's ILS Administrator• High availability and redundancy with published uptime commitment• Holds management including title–level and item–level holds• Native printing of hold and transit slips without additional third–party software or licensing• Patron account management with configurable patron types and loan rules• Budget tracking by fund with fiscal–year rollover• Encumbrance management• Vendor records and order history• Automated notifications by email, text message, and telephone• Offline circulation capability with automatic reconciliation• Fine and fee processing including waivers, payment history, and fine–free configurations• Duplicate detection and record merging• Linked data readiness (preferred)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
