Country: SAINT LUCIA Name of Project: OECS Data for Decision Making Project Project Number: P174986 Contract Title: Procurement of Equipment, Analytics and Software for Statistical Support Reference: SLU-DDM-RFQ-EQUIP-CSO-26 The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Data for Decision Making Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Equipment, Analytics and Software for Statistical Support. The Ministry of Economic Development and Youth Economy now invites eligible firms to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of ICT equipment, GIS and mapping workstations, enterprise servers and storage solutions, monitors and peripherals, networking equipment, smart conferencing systems, printers and plotters, backup power equipment, tablets, and related accessories in support of the operations of the Central Statistical Office. The procurement process will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers , dated September 2023, revised March 2025 (Sixth Edition), and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
