(1) Vendor needs to provide professional real estate marketing and brokerage services to the government authority located in San Buenaventura, CA.– Perform a market analysis broker price opinion for each property and advise housing on pricing and market positioning consistent with the state certified appraisal and section 18 fair market value requirements.  – Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy for the scattered–site portfolio, including listing each property on the area multiple listing service (MLS) and marketing to prospective buyers.– Work with designated housing staff to negotiate sales with buyers and prospects.– All costs incurred during proposal preparation and submission are borne solely by the respondent.– The broker shall be solely responsible for all direct costs incurred in performance of the scope, including travel, lodging, postage, shipping, reproductions, and subcontracts, unless expressly stated otherwise in the scope.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
