(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Roseburg, OR.– Dust all accessible flat areas, ledges, counters, cabinets, fixtures, windowsills, office equipment, chair backs, and chair bases.– Spot clean accessible surfaces for fingerprints, smudges, and visible marks.– Clean and sanitize phone receivers.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.– Spot vacuum carpeted floors and mats as needed.– Sweep and mop all non–carpeted floors, including hallways.– Spot clean carpet, furniture, walls, light switches, and similar surfaces as needed.– Remove fingerprints from doors, windows, and mirrors.– Empty and remove all regular trash and recycling, and reline receptacles as needed.– Leave all drink cans unless otherwise instructed.– Clean entry door windows and glass on interior hallway doors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) A mandatory site visit will be held on September 14, 2026.
