(1) Vendor needs to provide landside boardwalk, concrete pad and finger piers service to the government authority located in Biloxi, MS.– provide equipment, labor, and materials, and to have extensive knowledge and experience in bulkhead, finger pier, boardwalk, plumbing, electrical, and parking installation• Bulkhead, Landside Boardwalk, Concrete Pad and Finger Piers– Description: Demo and dispose of bulkhead, and finger piers.– Construct new 165’ x 5’ Vanguard HD series bulkhead.Upper 4” x 12” treated 2.5 CCA rough cut waler front and back fastened 3/4” x 22” carriage bolts, 16’ Vanguard HD Z panel vinyl sheets (11’ embedment),12”B x 20’ 2.5 CCA treated tie–back pilings 3/4” galvanized hardware w/OGEE washers and hex nut, Countersink all hardware,(1) Corner insert ,– Demo pier headers, stringers and decking (concrete pilings to stay),– Repair docks along boat slips and land side boardwalk,– 3” x 8” 2.5 treated stringer ,– 4” x 12” 2.5 treated header ,– FRP Decking,– ¾” hardware,– 4” SS deck fasteners,– Install corner bumpers at the end of each finger pier.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
