ESTATE-12295 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Residential Property Inspection and Assessment Support Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential property inspection and assessment support services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– Provide inspection services for residential properties as assigned by the city and shall document the physical characteristics, condition, improvements, deficiencies, and other relevant factors that may affect the valuation of the property. – Property inspections:– Overall physical condition.– Structural integrity and readily observable structural conditions.– Quality and condition of construction.– Age and apparent condition of improvements.– Assessment support:– Contractor shall identify and document conditions that may materially affect the property's condition, functionality, quality, or valuation.– Inspection methodology:– Contractor shall establish and maintain a consistent inspection methodology designed to produce accurate, reliable, and reproducible documentation.– Photographic documentation:– Contractor shall provide clear, accurate, and representative photographs for each assigned property.– Inspection reports and deliverables:– For each assigned property, the Contractor shall provide written documentation summarizing the inspection and findings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
