Description
La presente licitación pública tiene por objeto la contratación de un servicio integral de telecomunicaciones y tecnologías de información para la Ilustre Municipalidad de Colina y sus dependencias, destinado a garantizar la continuidad operacional, disponibilidad, seguridad y resiliencia de la infraestructura tecnológica institucional. El servicio deberá contemplar conectividad de datos, acceso dedicado a internet, enlaces redundantes de fibra óptica con rutas físicas divergentes, alojamiento en Data Center certificado, servicios de respaldo y recuperación de información mediante plataforma BaaS, así como soluciones de conectividad segura para oficinas externas y acceso remoto institucional.
