(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.1. Feasibility studies and site assessments:– Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for the project, analyzing factors such as site conditions, zoning regulations, and project viability.– Assess the suitability of existing structures for renovation or rehabilitation projects.2. Conceptual design and schematic drawings:– Develop conceptual designs and schematic drawings for proposed projects.– Prepare preliminary site plans, floor plans, elevations, and renderings.3. Design development and construction documents:– Progress the approved schematic designs into detailed design development and construction documents.– Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and other necessary documentation for bidding and construction.4. Cost estimation and budgeting:– Collaborate with cost estimators to provide accurate budget estimates for construction, materials, and architectural services.5. Bidding and proposer selection support:– Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including bid packages, instructions to bidders, and contract documents.– Provide guidance in the selection of contractors, including review of bids and qualifications.6. Construction administration and quality control:– Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications.– Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
