(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment of departmental programs and training services to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Provide engineering services for Comprehensive Assessment of Departmental Programs and Training– Assessment is designed to focus on several key areas, including training requirements, organizational structure, policies, procedures, technology utilization, and business practices– To pinpoint opportunities for improving efficiency, enhancing communication, strengthening governance, and advancing workforce development– Assess governance structures, decision‑making roles, workflows, and technology platforms that support program operations, including identifying opportunities for the safe and compliant integration of AI tools.– Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across all evaluated areas and develop implementation roadmap.– Support execution of the completed implementation roadmap, training plan, and(2) The contract period will be for three years.
