Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary including but not furnished to drill two new potable water wells which include one new replacement adjacent to the existing water well, connecting it to the exciting water and electric system, one new water well ready for connection to the exiting water and electrical system at a later date and then plug and abandoned two old water wells.
