(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise electrical systems, emergency response, preventive maintenance and support service to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.• Full–service commitment to provide emergency response, preventative maintenance, repairs, and support of electrical systems in its data center and buildings.• This electrical work needs to be able to service high voltage circuits (208/220/240/480 volts A/C and any other nonstandard requirements), as well as high current circuits (anything over 20 amps A/C).• Check load balances on all phases• Calibrate main breakers if necessary• Tightening of all breaker neutral and ground buss connections and torque lugs to spec• Inspect and insure correct phasing on all multi–wire branch circuits• Cleaning of electrical panels• Inspect for damage to panels, rust, corrosion, and openings(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
