(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment facility construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Marana, AZ.– Provide construction manager at risk pre–construction and construction services for agency water treatment facility.– The water treatment facility will be installed to reduce the concentrations of per– and polyfluoroalkyl substances with future space allocated to removal of 1,4–dioxane found in groundwater.– Contractor will provide construction services if an acceptable guaranteed maximum price is provided by contractor and accepted by the town.– Provide a comprehensive critical path method, resource–loaded, construction schedule with detailed phasing and sequencing plans that will minimize disruptions to continuous operation of the existing facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on July 23, 2026.
