SC Department of Public Health is seeking a request for price quotes from qualified vendors for the supply of a quantity of 40,000 each of newborn screening dried blood spot collection forms. All offered products must be FDA approved for newborn screening dried blood spot collection. This RFQ seeks competitive pricing and does not constitute an obligation to award a purchase order.
