(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Macomb, MI. – Provide daily cleaning services as well as “as requested” custodial services at agency. • Locker rooms, family changing rooms including lock hallways facility and restrooms • Shower and countertop cleaning• Tile and grout cleaning:– Floor– Tile walls– Wet mop– Floor traps– Hardware– Toilets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, counters and showers– Soap dispensers– Paper towels and toilet tissue– Mirrors– Lockers in locker rooms and family cabana hallway– Feminine trashcans– Graffiti– Waste containers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid walk through will be held on November 13, 2026.
