(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Lenexa, KS. • Services are performed Monday through Friday, after 5:00PM CST, on days the office is open.• No services on weekends or State holidays.• Quarterly, semi–annual, and annual services (including professional carpet cleaning) shall first be performed within thirty (30) days of the contract start date, then on the stated frequency or as coordinated with the Agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 1, 2026.
