(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional examinations services to the government authority located in Connecticut.• Provide comprehensive promotional examinations for the police department for ranks of Sergeant and lieutenant.• Ensure that no person, other than those designated by the Chief of Police, shall have access to any information regarding the written examination, assessment center exercises, concepts, development materials, response/performance guidelines, or any related material.• Each examination question and exercise shall bear demonstrable relationship to the ability to perform the duties of said position.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 21, 2026.
